  • Delivery will be for a fee, according to the company’s estimates, to the Gulf Cooperation Council countries; Otherwise, you pay a fee for delivery; This is according to the shipping price; Please make sure you give us all complete and correct shipping addresses. 

  • Dermazone store will not be held liable for orders that are lost due to the customer giving us wrong information. If you enter the wrong address; We, DermaZone store, do not undertake to resend the order at our expense to the correct address. if you fail to give us a valid address after 14 days; We will cancel your order.

 

  • Each order will be shipped separately and will not be combined with other orders.
  • Dermazone store will not guarantee delivery times; But we will do everything we can through our means in order to send the products to you on the specified dates, and deals with our “door to door” delivery service through many professional delivery companies that deliver your shipment directly, do not provide in this service a tracking number Which will allow you to track your shipment the whole way. 
  • Customs and import regulations vary widely between countries. Unfortunately; It is impossible for us to know all the regulations of every country. It will be your responsibility to ensure that any goods you order are not banned/prohibited in your country of delivery.
  • DermaZone store shall have no liability in connection with the refund/exchange of any Goods or any costs related thereto or arising from the importation or confiscation of any Goods through the customs office or any other governmental authority of your country. likewise; Any customs or import-related taxes payable on your order are not our responsibility and are beyond our control. In the event that the order is returned to us through the import authorities of your country so that it can be resold; We'll refund the order value to you minus any postage we incurred. We will not return shipped goods needed or confiscated by your country's customs if they contain prohibited products. We will not be liable for any lost goods if transported outside the GCC.
  • International shipping (Kuwait - Oman - Qatar - Bahrain - Iraq - Jordan - Egypt - and all countries except the UAE and Saudi Arabia) may result in a delay in the delivery of the order for a period of 10-15 days in addition to the customs fees that may be imposed on the order, which is fully borne by the customer for Delivery to the requested country.
